I offer specialist fertility support using acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine, with a focus on evidence-based care and truly individualised treatment. With over 10 years’ experience as an acupuncturist and 7 years specialising in fertility and reproductive health, I have supported many individuals, couples, and solo parents on their journey towards building a family.

My approach combines the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine with modern fertility science. Treatments are tailored to you — your health history, menstrual cycle, lifestyle, and reproductive goals — whether you are trying to conceive naturally or undergoing assisted fertility treatment such as IVF.

I use acupuncture and, where appropriate, Chinese herbal medicine alongside current clinical research and fertility-focused treatment protocols. These treatments are commonly used to support:

Where relevant, I can suggest appropriate medical investigations and work alongside your GP or fertility clinic to ensure your care is well-informed and coordinated.

Many people notice changes within the first few cycles of treatment. While outcomes vary, acupuncture is often used over a period of three to six months to support fertility, particularly when preparing for conception or assisted reproductive treatments.​
