Cancellation Policy
Please be mindful that this is a small business with running costs, but understandably life gets busy and appointments have to be changed. Therefore the cancellation period is 24 hours prior to the start of your appointment; less than 24 hours notice, same day cancellations and no shows will be charged the full fee.
Claiming for acupuncture on your private health insurance
Some major insures might cover acupuncture treatments, but they sometimes specifically require for your acupuncturist to be registered with a certain Body Of Practice. I am a member of the Register of Chinese Herbal Medicine (RCHM). It is worth checking with your insurer for details.
