About Charlotte
I completed my degree in Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine in 2016, training under the Beijing and Yunnan Universities at Escuela MTC Madrid – Universidad del Atlántico. After graduating, I undertook a 10-week internship at Vajravarahi Healthcare Clinic in Nepal, an experience that strongly shaped my clinical approach.
On returning to southern Spain, I ran my own clinic for two years before becoming an associated practitioner at the Women’s Natural Health Practice in 2019, following postgraduate training in TCM Gynaecology and Obstetrics in Acupuncture and Herbal Medicine in Ireland.

I am also trained as a Natural Fertility Educator and have facilitated small workshops for women in different countries, teaching Natural Fertility Tracking and Chinese Medicine Gynaecology. I continue to deepen my studies in Chinese Medicine Gynaecology and am passionate about education and empowerment in natural health.

I love connecting with my clients and offer kind, caring, and personalised treatments that meet each person where they are. My work focuses on menstrual cycle health, fertility and IVF support, pregnancy, postpartum care, and menopause, while also treating the wider patterns that are essential for gynaecological health, such as anxiety, insomnia, digestive issues, body pain, and headaches.
I also support male fertility and treat general health complaints using acupuncture and herbal medicine, taking a holistic approach to support overall wellbeing.

I’m currently registered with the RCHM and fully insured.
