About Charlotte

Charlotte Machin, TCM practitioner_

I love building genuine connections with my clients and offer kind, caring, and personalised treatments that meet each person where they are. My work branches out to all aspects of health, with a special focuses on menstrual cycle health, fertility and IVF support, pregnancy, postpartum care, and menopause. I also address the wider patterns that underpin gynaecological health, including anxiety, insomnia, digestive concerns, pain, and headaches.

I support male fertility and treat a range of general health concerns using acupuncture and herbal medicine. My approach is holistic, aiming to restore balance and support overall wellbeing.

In 2016, I completed my degree in Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine, training under the Beijing and Yunnan Universities at Escuela MTC Madrid – Universidad del Atlántico. Following graduation, I undertook a 10-week internship at Vajravarahi Healthcare Clinic in Nepal, an experience that deeply shaped my clinical approach and continues to influence my practice today, reinforcing the importance of human connection, continuity of care, and feeling supported in a shared healing space.

After returning to southern Spain, I ran my own clinic for two years before becoming an associated practitioner at the Women’s Natural Health Practice in 2019. Alongside this, I completed postgraduate training in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) Gynaecology and Obstetrics in Acupuncture and Herbal Medicine in Ireland.

I also trained in Natural Fertility Education and have facilitated small workshops internationally, teaching Natural Fertility Tracking and Chinese Medicine approaches to womans health. I remain committed to ongoing study in this field and am passionate about education, empowerment, and supporting individuals in understanding their bodies.
